Nobody believes a women perpuse in life is to reproduce. youre coming up with that conclusion by yourself. I think your a bit paranoid and scared.

Ah. Clearly. I’m so glad you defined my emotions for me. Thank you for explaining to me that my decision is based on paranoia and fear. So glad you cleared that up.

My current frustration obviously has nothing to do with people in my life (and random strangers over-hearing and piping in) telling me I’m making the wrong choice or that I should or will change my mind. Undoubtedly it must paranoia and fear. You have enlightened me. I shall now cast off those feelings and go make babies.

“I'm a guy, I do cardio and I'm trying to get back into weight lifting. I just bought a bunch of healthy food. THE QUESTION IS.... How many almonds should i eat for just a snake. I'm trying to plan ahead and not be tempted to eat foods that would mess up my progress.”
-invenshun

I would make that determination based on the rest of your daily intake. Almonds are calorie dense with a low sugar, low carb, high fat, moderate protein content. They are a wonderful source of many amino acids (the building blocks of protein.)

A normal serving size for any nut is 1 oz. If you can afford to add in the additional fat, calorie and protein content into your daily intake, then have more. Otherwise, I would stick with 1 oz.

Here is a label for 1 oz of raw almonds:

Another option is the 100 calorie packs of almonds by Emerald. They are great to keep in the car or in your lunch box and they are conveniently portioned out for you, helping to prevent over-indulging (I should do this with peanut butter… damn, sneaky peanut butter…) They also have different options such as cocoa almonds, almonds & walnuts, roasted and raw etc…

Cheers,
~Bonnie

“why a kilt though”
-invenshun

Because kilts are the sexiest thing a man can wear.

I have never met a man who hasn’t been made to look better by a kilt. Even the most hideous man looks better in a kilt. He may not look good… but he looks better

*does the “kilts are sexy” dance.*

Plus, my husband is a ginger and gingers belong in kilts. Because those are the rules… that I just made up.

“whats wrong with peanut butter?”
-invenshun

Nothing is wrong with peanut butter (in moderation.) It is the nectar of the gods (along with coffee) and all that Ambrosia crap we read about in the Greek mythos is a lie. A LIE I SAY!!!! What self-respecting Greek god(dess) would live on ambrosia when they could have peanut butter and coffee? Hmmmm??? That’s what I thought!!! XD

But I can suck down an entire tub of PB as if it were a glass of water. Especially when I make it my self. Oooohhhhhh lawd. I’d be as big as a 55 gallon drum if I ate all the PB I wanted.
