I feel like a lot of people don’t see the point (or even understand what it means) to believe in feminism. It’s not about feminazi’s or putting men down… it’s about being equal and about not dividing the world into pink and blue. It’s about believing that the human body belongs to everyone and that it should never be used to shame anyone. I will never allow myself to be body shamed or sex shamed. No one should.

I always said if I ever ran for political office, my sex life would be laid down on the table for all to see. Sorry, media coverage, you can’t shame me over something I am proud to be a supporter of. 

I love my body, I love my gender and I love sex. I love sex with men or women. Or with myself. I love it with one person or with multiple people. And if anyone tries to shame me for enjoying something that’s natural, consensual and part of my genetics, then they are the one with the problem, not me.

And THAT is what feminism is, to me.

I want to try IF in the fall. How low is “low” carbs—just wondering.

A “low carb” day is 1g carbs per 5lb of body weight and a “high carb” day is 2-3g carbs per 1lb of body weight.
