5 cheese pesto pizza on whole wheat crust with tomatoes and red onions.

When I stretched the dough (I like it thin) I had a ton extra hanging over the sides… So I put cheese in it. I oiled the crust with the excess pesto oil (I drained the pesto since I didn’t want an oily pizza) and lightly salted it before I put it in the oven.

Best pizza EVER!!!!
