little known fact: taking calcium by itself is not good for bone health. it requires a fat co-factor to be effective. Bone broth is good for this as is full fat dairy.

Yeah, you don’t actually (effectively) absorb CA2+ without Vit D3. And even though you can get it via supplementation or through certain food sources, the best and most effective source is from the sun.

It’s a tricky bastard!!
