Both are better!!

But, it depends on your goals. If you do one longer session, working to failure on your sets, you will see more size and definition increase where if you work in multiple sessions throughout the day (hopefully doing MORE sets and/or reps in the grand scheme because you’re not working to exhaustion) you are likely to see strength increase but with less aesthetics.
