Ok, I know you know what you’re talking about. Like you said, change it up now and again. Slow reps with heavy weights will do the same as fast reps with medium. Don’t keep doing the same thing or your body will adapt and reach a stasis. Periodization is the best!
Absolutely. I think that is one of the main reasons Crossfit has taken off so much. The results are there for all to see and the main reasons are thanks to the intensity and the lack of becoming static.
