I did this today. BRUTAL! My arms are like noodles right now. Pushing through, I had to go to my knees for the burpees in the middle (thanks to having all the arm stuff at the same time) but I was back on my toes once I got to the squats. I tried to get through it super fast to cut down on the number of burpees I had to do so much that I thought I was going to puke.
YAY!!!! (I know I’m not the only one who gets excited about that. What is wrong with us?)
