That’s right. That’s a pumpkin shake.
I made two different ones. One is healthier than the other. I will give you both options (they both taste amazing. Unhealthy version in bold italics)
(Please note: all measurements are estimates. I don’t actually measure anything if I can help it…)
- 1/2 can of pure pumpkin puree
- 1/2-3/4 cup soy milk
- 1 Tbsp stevia (or 1/2 small can of sweetened condensed milk)
- Pumpkin pie spice to taste (or make your own with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and ginger)
- big handful of ice cubes.
Blend and enjoy. :D
Depending on how thick you want it you can add more or less milk product to the mix.
