Mushrooms looking a little if-y? In the dehydrator. Awesome addition to soups.
Oh, snap! I forgot about that last handful of grapes? You guessed it… in the dehydrator it went.
Hmmmm…. a weird honey-ginger spread that I never use? In the dehydrator on the fruit roll-up plate (results have yet to be seen… it may be brilliant or it may be a disaster… I’ll let you know tomorrow.)
