Anyone who’s followed my blog for more than, say, 5 minutes, knows I am a huge advocate AGAINST the quick fix. hard work, dedication, determination and devotion to ones self is (and always will be) the key to success. But, that doesn’t mean you should ignore the right tools for the job.
This was a good read. Very informative and SIMPLE (for those of you who hate my science-y entries.) It also promotes the importance of getting your nutrients from a natural source instead of supplementing (it’s absorbed and utilized much more effectively that way) which I also endorse.
