Hi! :D
I feel like I am always suggesting these two sites, but really… they have been such an amazing resource for me. Some people may not get the same results, but from what I have seen, HIIT has made a huge difference for everyone who’s used it properly.
boasting high intensity, powerful movements, creative workouts, strength, cardio and the complete lack of excuses (everyone can make time for a 10-15 minute workout) it really is the best thing going!
Both of those sites have enough workouts to make your head spin. They offer workouts with or without gear and are great sources for motivation.
Check out Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer for true weight lifting routines. She starts out very simple, gives great advice and has an eating plan posted for every section of the trainer.
Hopefully this gives you some direction!
Cheers,
~Bonnie

Haha I love the “Hi! :D” start… I can just imagine you excited to answer the question with a big grin on your face. Thanks for all the quality replies you provide, they also benefit those of us who are merely scrolling down our dashes.
