Admin Password Motivation for Fitness - <div class="my-like" data-reblog="" data-id="26447903815" title="Like"></div> Why are there some times when I am Aore after my workouts, and other times I am not. One condition I normally look for to indicate a good previous day workout is muscle soreness the next morning. What does it mean when we have muscle soreness? Is it bad if I am NOT sore the next day? Cause other days I do the same thing, and then I’m not sore. Does it mean I’m not working hard enough? Or is it BAD if I’m sore? Thanks!(:
