Cutting cycle

Hi first of all I wanna say that I’m a big fan of your blog and that you look great on your last picture. I have used a cutting cycle before to lose weight and what I can say worked best for me wast carbohydrate cycling. I would go three days low carbs and on the fourth day do high carbohydrates. Also you wanna be below your maintenance calories (which i’m sure you already know). The things I’ve tried that didn’t  work for me was being on a extremely low carb diet for more than five days. I lacked energy in the gym to lift which hindered my progress. I am not a vegetarian so I don’t know how much of a difference that will make, also I am male and it took me approximately 12 weeks to drop more than 20 pounds using this diet. I hope this helps. I’m not an expert by any means but I highly recommend this if you still plan to exercise with high intensity. keep up the great work.
