This is some info I just came across while surfing through nutrition labels (I was comparing the “adult” graham cracker nutrition to the Beech Nut “baby” graham cookies I bought. Take a guess which has wholesome ingredients and better nutrition? That’s right, the baby ones… which is why I troll the baby food aisle for snacks. Hey, don’t judge… you just wish you thought of it!)
So this is not necessarily new info: we all knew the FDA allowed manufacturers to post erroneous info so long as the amount was below 0.5 grams. But that adds up fast. Not to mention… why hide it?
