
Do you avoid group classes because you fear people judging your abilities? Stop worrying. Everyone is at a different level and everyone’s best is different (so is everyone’s personal worst.) Besides, everyone is too busy watching their own form (or looking down their own shirts, or starting at their own crotch) to notice if your toes are pointed or not. Just go, enjoy yourself, learn something new and get your sweat on!
