Greek Yogurt is much better for you than regular yogurt, but it can be a bit… well… it kind of tastes like sour cream at first. Blech, right? Well, I buy the tub of Chobani non-fat plain and add yummies to it to make it better. Sometimes I add a tsp of real maple syrup (which adds only 4g of sugar and 17 calories) and it changes the taste completely. Or I’ll put in some vanilla or almond extract. When it comes to making Greek Yogurt taste great, extracts can be your best friend: a few drops of extract + a drop of stevia makes a world of difference and doesn’t really affect the nutrition (not enough to bother doing the math.) So don’t hate on the Greek Yogurt, make it yummy!
