Anonymous asked: Im conflicted on my strength routine for july. I planned out an upper/lower 4 day split but i also wanted to do ripped in 30 by jillian michaels. For my cardio i attend these bodyweight circuit workouts at my mma gym and i also want to do nike training club, some insanity videos, and jump rope. i don't want to overtrain so which strength routine should i choose? thanks you :)
