worldlyexpression asked: Hello! I've been on tons of sites trying to find out how many calories I burn a day based off metabolism, and how many I should eat to lose weight, but they're all very inconsistent. I've even had 500 calorie gaps in my results! Which sites do you find to me the most accurate/helpful with finding this information out? Thank you!
