Anonymous asked: Hi Bonnie, so im totally asking this question on anon because in a tad bit embarrassed.... I run 5 miles every other day and have been doing so for almost 2 months. When I finish my run and after I shower I have noticed a dry patch of skin just at the top of my bum. Is it because my big bum cheeks are rubbing together when I run? Also, I can't seem to get past 5 miles, would you recommend...

Now that the weather is nice, I’m finding that I’m less enthusiastic to do my HIIT workouts and far more enthusiastic about running. I’m sure once summer is in full swing and I’m cursing the 90 degree days (yeah yeah yeah, I’m a total temperature pansy) I’ll go back to my indoor workouts. Ah, the shift of the seasons, how funny you are.
